1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. In most cases, we strive to accommodate your needs.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, with a 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,an irrevocable LC at sight is accepted.

5. Do you guarantee the safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. For dangerous goods, we use specialized hazard packing, and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on your chosen method. Express is usually the quickest but most expensive. Sea freight is best for large amounts. Exact freight rates can be provided only when we know the details of amount, weight, and shipping method. Please contact us for further information.
