Yes, we can provide a comprehensive range of documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For machines in stock, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, the lead time is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times become effective once we receive your deposit and have your final approval for the product specifications.
If our lead times don't align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to accommodate your needs in most cases.

3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of the B/L, or irrevocable LC at sight.Irrevocable LC at sight.

Yes, we use high-quality export packaging and specialized hazardous packing for dangerous goods, along with validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Note that specialist packaging may incur additional charges.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the method chosen. Express is fastest but most expensive. Sea freight is best for large quantities. Exact freight rates depend on amount, weight, and shipping method. Contact us for detailed information.
