1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days post deposit payment.
The lead times become effective when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we get your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We will strive to accommodate your needs.
In most cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance against the copy of B/L or irrevocable LC at sight.irrevocable LC at sight.

Yes, we use high-quality export packaging. Specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage for temperature-sensitive items are also available. Additional charges may apply for specialized packaging.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the chosen method. Express is fastest but costliest. Sea freight is ideal for large quantities. Exact rates are provided based on amount, weight, and shipping method. Contact us for details.
