1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide a wide range of documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For in-stock machines, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it is 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit.
The lead times start when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) you approve the final product specifications.
If our lead times don't match your deadline, please discuss your requirements with our sales team. We strive to meet your needs.
In most cases, we find a solution to accommodate your schedule.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance upon copy of B/L. Alternatively, an irrevocable LC at sight.irrevocable LC at sight.

5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use high-quality export packaging, specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods, and validated cold storage for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist or non-standard packing may incur additional costs.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the method chosen. Express is fastest but most expensive; seafreight is best for large quantities. We can provide exact rates once we know the amount, weight, and method. Contact us for details.
