Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames are subjected to annealing over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring years of heavy use without distortion. The automatic
pallet changing system allows for a loading weight of over 1800kg. A heavier frame results in reduced vibration and increased accuracy, while the machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation, with the robust frame firmly attached to the chassis by steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body is crafted via an overall aluminum casting method, with annealing to eliminate internal stresses. The process includes
casting → annealing stress → rough machining → vibration aging → semi-finishing → vibration aging → finish machining. After tempering, the beam's strength, rigidity, and stability are ensured, maintaining its precision for prolonged durations. This offers an
effective guarantee for high-speed cutting with high-power laser cutting machines.

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, we ensure a lead time of 20-30 days after receiving your deposit payment.
Lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will always strive to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,we accept irrevocable LC at sight.

Shipping costs depend on the method you choose. Express is the quickest but also the most expensive option.
