1. Can you provide the necessary documentation? Yes, we supply comprehensive documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other necessary export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For sample orders, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, the lead time is approximately 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.
Lead times commence as soon as (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for the products.
If our lead times do not align with your schedule, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will make every effort to
accommodate your needs. In most cases, we are able to meet your expectations.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,an irrevocable LC at sight is also acceptable.
4. What is the product warranty?

We also employ specialized hazard packaging for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items.
Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the method you choose. Express is typically the quickest but also the most expensive option.
For larger shipments, sea freight is the most economical solution. Accurate freight rates can be provided once we know the details of
