Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress. Built to endure years of heavy use without distortion. Auto
changing pallet system supports over 1800kg loading weight. A heavier frame means reduced vibration and enhanced accuracy. The machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation, while the robust frame of the machine is joined to the chassis by steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body adopts an overall aluminum casting method; annealing eliminates internal stress. The process includes
casting → annealing stress → rough machining → vibration aging → semifinishing → vibration aging → finish machining. Machined post tempering, ensuring beam strength, rigidity, and stability. Precision of the beam is

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, our lead time is approximately 20-30 days after we receive the deposit payment.
Lead times become effective under two conditions: (1) once we have received your deposit, and (2) after we have your final product approval.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. In all cases, we strive to
accommodate your needs. In most scenarios, we are successful in doing so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal. We require a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively, we accept anirrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?

6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose. Express is typically the fastest but also the most expensive option.
