1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, the lead time ranges from 20 to 30 days after we receive your deposit payment.
Lead times become effective once (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) you have provided final approval for your products.
If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will make every effort to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal. We require a 30% deposit in advance and a 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Alternatively,we accept irrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?

6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose. Express shipping is typically the fastest but also the most expensive.
For large quantities, seafreight is the most cost-effective solution. We can provide exact freight rates once we know the
