1. Can you supply the relevant documentation? Yes, we provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents as required.
2. What is the average lead time?
The average lead time for samples is approximately 7 days.
For mass production, expect a lead time of 20-30 days after we receive your deposit payment.
Lead times commence when (1) your deposit is received, and (2) we have your final product approval.
If our lead times conflict with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will always strive to
accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we succeed in doing so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments through our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Or,irrevocable LC at sight.

6. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on your preferred method of delivery. Express is generally the quickest but also the most expensive.
For large quantities, sea freight is the most cost-effective solution. We can provide exact freight rates once we have the details of
