Steel Plate Welding
Steel frames undergo annealing at over 600 degrees to relieve stress, ensuring years of heavy use without distortion. Automatic
pallet changing system allows over 1800kg loading weight. A heavier frame minimizes vibration for superior accuracy. The machine
frames are reinforced to minimize twists and deformation, with the robust frame joined to the chassis by steel
bars.
Aluminum Beam
The beam body adopts an overall aluminum casting method. Annealing eliminates internal stress, followed by rigorous processing:
casting → annealing stress → rough machining → vibration aging → semifinishing → vibration aging → finish machining. Post-tempering,
the beam ensures strength, rigidity, and stability, providing a reliable solution for high-speed cutting with high-power laser machines.

culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee the safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we consistently use high-quality export packaging.
We also utilize specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items.
Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6. What about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the method you choose to receive the goods. Express is usually the fastest but also the most expensive option.
Sea freight is the most economical for large shipments. We can only provide exact shipping rates once we know the details of the
