1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide all necessary documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other required export documents.
2. What is the average lead time?
For stock machines, the lead time is within one week. For mass production, it ranges from 20-35 working days after receiving the deposit.
Lead times become effective once (1) we have your deposit and (2) your final product approval.
If our lead times don't align with your deadline, please discuss your needs with your sales representative. We will do our utmost to accommodate your schedule.
In most cases, we succeed.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, or an irrevocable LC at sight.
4. What is the product warranty?
We guarantee our materials and craftsmanship. We are committed to your satisfaction. Whether under warranty or not, we strive to resolve all customer issues to full satisfaction.
5. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we use high-quality export packaging. For hazardous goods, specialized packing is used, and for temperature-sensitive items, validated cold storage shippers are employed. Additional charges may apply for specialist and non-standard packaging.
6. How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on your chosen method. Express delivery is quickest but costliest. Seafreight is ideal for large quantities. Exact freight rates are quoted based on the amount, weight, and shipping method. Contact us for more details.
